Foundations of the Christian Faith: The Apostles' Creed
Held every Sunday morning at 9:30-10:25 in the West Wing

The instructor and discussion leader is Jim Anians. Jim uses a combination of material including books, handouts and video to make this course interactive for all.

Dorothy Sayers gave us a choice of either subscribing to a creed, something we believe in, or opening the door to chaos. While much of the world seems enamored with chaos, in fact even believing in the order of chaos (read and listen to a personal account here), the church of Jesus Christ has a foundation of beliefs that is succinctly summarized in the Apostles' Creed. Although not viewed on the same level as Holy Scripture, creeds are valuable to help determine what it is that we believe as Christians when we are asked to give a reason for the hope that lies within us.
